Specific Exercise and Range of Movement Exercise - Sterling PhysiotherapySpecific Exercise | Range of movement exerciseSpecific Exercise
There is a limited research base which claims physiotherapy exercise not to be effective. This is out-dated. Modern evidence data bases are increasingly finding that specific directional exercise, prescribed individually by a skilled therapist can have (sometimes) an immediate & dramatic effect on recovery. For others, particularly long-term sufferers, the effect is slower but worthwhile pursuing. To regain functional levels previously enjoyed before an injury or illness, one cannot expect to get there straight away. That is why it is important to consult an experienced therapist at Sterling Physiotherapy who can guide you gradually towards your goals. Range of movement exercises
The Sterling Physiotherapy Practice has expanded and now offers a full range of physiotherapy services from the Asbrooke Sports Club and the Sunderland physiotherapy clinic. |
